Bowl is 317 S.S., Conveyor and hubs are 316 S.S., Conveyor is 10" single lead true axial design with vanes, and including sintered tungsten tiles for abrasion protection. Beach angle is 10 degrees. Conveyor has a "BD" Disc for thickening application (can easily be removed for dewatering applacation). Feed tube is double wall types for polymer addition. feed ports are replaceable with STC tiles. Cake ports are protected with replaceable STC tiles and discharge is 360 degrees. liquid ports are epicentric. INCLUDED IS THE LUBE SYSTEM, 300 HP MAIN DRIVE, 100 HP AC VARIABLE FREQUENCY BACKDRIVE AND GUARDS. CNETRIFUGE IS CAPABLE OF OPERATING AT 2600RPM GENERATIN 2780 x "G". |

stainless steel. The drive motor is 400 hp with a Voith fluid coupling to
accelerate the centrifuge to operating speed. The backdrive motor is D.C.
for variable speed. 95:1 gearbox ratio. The conveyor had tungsten carbide
tiles for wear protection. Controls - Transformer and spares are included.
